Today, April 7, 2025, at 12:50 at the Hospice in Bergamo
where he had been transferred following the worsening of his health conditions,
at the age of 74, Brother Sergio Teani returned to the Father’s house.
Brother Sergio was born in Carobbio degli Angeli (BG) on November 2, 1950, to Francesco and Clelia Cancelli.
In 1969, he entered the novitiate of San Zenone (TV) where on February 15, 1970, he took his first vows.
On October 20, 1974, he consecrated himself in perpetuity as a Religious brother.
He was a missionary in Africa and returned to Italy in 2010.
He was currently residing in the community of Basella.
