On June 8, 2026, the Apostolic Nunciature in Bulgaria and North Macedonia forwarded
to the General Curia of the Passionists a letter of gratitude,
signed by various representatives of Bulgarian civil society,
for the pastoral and cultural ministry promoted by Fr. Paolo Cortesi, CP, in Bulgaria.
The letter was signed by several distinguished figures of Bulgarian society,
including former Presidents of the Republic, Ambassadors, University Professors,
Journalists, and Directors of NGOs and entities dedicated to social and cultural promotion.
