REPAC Province (Indonesia) has held its Provincial Chapter and elected New Council

Province of the Queen of Peace (REPAC)

On January 13 – 18, 2015 the Province of the Queen of Peace (Indonesia) has held its Provincial Chapter in Ruma Retret Tirta Ria, Pontianak, Kalimantan, Indonesia. This province of 162 professed members held many discussions and formed the outline of the next four years of Province Life. Father Nikodemus Jimbun, having served out the last 27 months of the term of office of Fr. Sabinus Lohin who was elected a General Consultor at the 2012 General Chapter, was elected as Provincial Superior. Fathers Markus Adu, Antonius Janga, Ligorius Jalak and Stefanus Suryanto where re-elected to the Council, with Markus Adu being chosen as First Consultor. The Chapter has 38 participants including Most Rev. Fr. Joachim Rego (Superior General), Fr. Sabinus Lohin (General Consultor) and Fr. Lawrence Finn (PASPAC President).
