On 17 August 2019, in the parish church of Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Fr. Paul Nguyễn Xuân Vượng was ordained by the imposition of hands of the bishop of Cần Thơ, Bishop Stephano Tri Bửu Thiên.
